1 guided session to introduce you to your program. (90 min)

After this session you will be able to practice every day on your own.

Practice and embody your program

4 follow up sessions. ( up to 60 min each) All 4 individual sessions need to be utilised during the next 3 months. (every 2 weeks a session is a good interval). These will include adaptations and modifications to your program depending on your needs.

Accountability system

Accountability Check-In: Consistency in your practice is very important. Therefore, I created a method that helps to keep you accountable every single day.

1 Final Session: (30 min) To celebrate your progress and answer any questions you might have.
