My name is Alla Kozyreva, and my work is centred around holistic wellbeing, Yogic living, and the practical application of Yoga and Ayurveda in everyday life.
I support individuals in cultivating greater clarity, resilience, and inner stability through Yoga, Ayurveda, and conscious living.
Rooted in traditional teachings and lived experience, my work integrates wellbeing, self-awareness, and sustainable daily practices that support a more aligned way of living.

My journey into this work began through personal experience.
There was a period in my life when I was navigating anxiety, stress, emotional overwhelm, hormonal imbalance, digestive issues, migraines, and persistent physical tension. During that time, I often felt disconnected from myself and unable to find lasting fulfilment through external circumstances alone.
This gradually led me towards Yoga therapy and Ayurveda — not only as systems of knowledge, but as lived practices that began transforming the way I related to myself and life.
Through consistent practice, lifestyle changes, inner observation, and deeper self-awareness, I slowly began to experience greater steadiness, clarity, and wellbeing. What started as a personal journey eventually became the foundation of my work with others.
Over the years, I have studied and worked across different wellbeing environments internationally, including retreats, Yoga schools, and holistic wellbeing spaces.
These experiences have allowed me to support individuals from diverse backgrounds while deepening my understanding of how sustainable wellbeing is cultivated through practical, consistent, and personalised approaches.
Today, my work continues to evolve through lived practice, ongoing learning, and the guidance of the teachings of Yog that have deeply shaped my path.
I remain committed to sharing practical approaches that support greater self-awareness, resilience, and sustainable wellbeing, helping individuals integrate these principles into everyday life in a meaningful and accessible way.
