Let me introduce myself and share the intention behind my work.
My name is Alla Kozyreva. I work as a Senior Advisor in Leadership & Wellbeing, integrating Yoga and Ayurveda as applied systems to support clarity, resilience, and sustainable wellbeing in high-performance individuals.
The core of my work is to support individuals in developing greater internal coherence—so they can live and function with clarity, steadiness, and alignment, while recognising their own uniqueness and capacity for growth.
My journey into this field began through personal experience. At one point in my life, I was navigating chronic anxiety, stress, depression, along with physical challenges such as body pain, hormonal imbalance, digestive issues, and migraines.
During that period, I did not see a clear path forward. Over time, I began to explore Yogic and Ayurvedic systems as a structured way of understanding the connection between body, mind, and behaviour.
Through consistent application and lifestyle integration, these patterns gradually began to shift. What followed was a restoration of energy, stability, and clarity, which eventually shaped the direction of my professional path.
This lived experience led me into working with Yoga, Ayurveda, and holistic wellbeing as a structured approach to supporting others in their own processes of change and restoration.
Over the years, I have worked across international retreat centres, luxury hospitality environments, and wellbeing programmes, supporting individuals in improving both physical and mental resilience.
Today, I am based in Mauritius, where I continue my work through Abhyas Institute of Universal Awareness, focusing on leadership wellbeing, conscious performance, and structured approaches to sustainable inner development.
Alongside this, I design and facilitate applied Yoga and Ayurveda-based practices that can be integrated into daily life. For those seeking deeper engagement, I have also developed structured systems focused on vitality, clarity, and long-term wellbeing.
