The AYT Vitality System is a holistic personalised program that focuses on bringing your health into balance using yogic and Ayurvedic principles, according to your current needs, and helps you to develop self practice. It offers therapeutic sequences that are designed to help with any health conditions and symptoms. The focus is on bringing about strength, flexibility and balance, as well as balancing the elements in the body.
Vinyasa is a flow of movements that we bind together with the breath. It helps to warm up the body and channel the Prana. We use Vinyasa to create a certain energy flow in the body.
Pranayama means the expansion of Prana. It is a way of recharging your life force energy in the body through breathing exercises.
Dharana means focus. This can be mental or physical. We steer the mind into a certain direction of painting a picture (visualizing) what we want to create or manifest in our lives. We set an intention or goal and bring the focus into the body and mind.
Asanas are physical postures. We use energy flow to continue channeling Prana and bring you into balance and stability. We may focus on specific symptoms you may have.

By practicing the 5 pillars of the AYT Vitality System you will develop the three components of Yoga Therapy:

We balance masculine and feminine energies, upper and lower body parts, mind and body etc.
You increase your endurance, resilience and energy in a physical and mental way.
Your increased capacity to do something will boost your confidence and self esteem.
Flexibility is increasing your ability to stretch your muscles and find more freedom in your body.

Get to know your personal program
1 guided session to introduce you to your program. (90 min)
Includes all 5 pillars of the AYT Vitality System. After this session you will be able to practice every day on your own.
Practice and embody your program
4 follow up sessions. ( up to 60 min each) All 4 individual sessions need to be utilised during the next 3 months. (every 2 weeks a session is a good interval). These will include adaptations and modifications to your program depending on your needs.
Accountability for YOU
Accountability Check-In: Consistency in your practice is very important. Therefore, I created a method that helps to keep you accountable every single day.
